RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We constantly search for candidates for work. The recruitment process is year-round and involves a few standard steps:

Application. Send your application to our database. You can use the form above.
Selection. We will analyze it from the perspective of our expectations and specific job requirements. We will select a person/persons who best matches the job profile.
Telephone number. We will call you to schedule an interview.
Reply. After the meeting we will inform all candidates about the results of the interview.
Welcome on board! We will invite selected candidates to work with us.
Induction. After signing an employment contract you will be prepared for your new role, get to know to your responsibilities and, if required, undergo relevant training for the position.

The recruitment process can sometimes differ from a general model – we are happy to take advantage of additional methods that help us get to know our Candidates better and make the right choice. Sometimes we ask our Candidates to prepare a short project or to take a language test so we can check our future staff’s competence and properly assist them with their career path.
